Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at The Tallow Tribe! We are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly with Australia Post. Below you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. During peak times (such as holidays), processing may take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You'll be able to view the total shipping cost at checkout before finalising your purchase.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please allow 5–10 business days for standard shipping via Australia Post. Expedited options are available at checkout for quicker delivery.

Packaging: We take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We’re looking forward to expanding our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped via Australia Post, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. If you have any questions about your order status, don’t hesitate to contact us.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we recognise that issues can sometimes arise, and we are here to assist. Please take a moment to review our returns and exchanges policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains any defective items, please contact us right away. We’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. To help us assist you quickly, please send a photo of the damaged item to thetallowtribe@gmail.com.

Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process of returning the item, and we’ll cover any return shipping costs for defective items.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
